Weeeeeeeeeeeeeek in Review

It's been a LONG week! It's been a good week no doubt but long none the less. Last time I wrote I shared that our friend Jeff had passed away. On Monday we received news that Robin, her mom (who Hope refers to as a grandma), Steve Holtrust, and Steve Reed (both members of the Signs of Love Board) were traveling to the capital in order to claim Jeff's body. The driver Steve Holtrust was shot and killed while driving. No one was injured although the car did spin out. While we do not know why this happened we continue to cry out to God for our friends and for Signs of love. We pray peace over the victims families during this difficult time.

Hope is still the most precious baby in the WORLD!! She is SO much fun!! She's working hard on sitting up- assisted- but she prefers to be propped up in her boppy rather than laid down. We're ok with that!! We have her 4 month check-up on Monday. How can my baby already be 4 months old??!?!

Speaking of wanting to lay down... she is also getting much more mobile (rolling over TONS). Lately she has been known to roll over in her crib. She sometimes scoots her head all the way to one end... or one side...

She has learned to spit so funny and gross! She always yells a lot... "aaaaaaahhhhhhhh". This morning we were getting ready to go shopping and laid her on her mat. She scooted at close to her mirror as she could- as in her nose was touching it. She screamed at the little girl in there for a while before licking her. Great Hope! Ha!

Phillip took a few pictures with his camera but I don't have them yet so you'll have to enjoy the three I took with mine. Please continue to pray for our sweet friends.
