Archer and I went to the surgery center bright and early Wednesday morning to get tubes put in his ears. He was such a good boy. His normal happy little self despite being woken up early and having not eaten since 1:30, when I woke him up to eat one last time before surgery.
He explored the waiting area while we waited to be called back. We had a nice little waiting area in the back with a recliner and while we waited for him to be taken back we played on my phone and took pictures. He enjoyed looked at himself in the camera. Sweet boy!
And he did awesome! The doctor said there was a lot of thick fluid behind his right ear, the one that always causes problems and the left had a little bit but we're confident this is really going to help solve our ear problems for a while. He did great the rest of the day after sleeping off the anesthesia and has been back to normal since then.
We're so thankful for everyone that prayed for us on this day and for God's protection of him.
