The weather was so nice and cool while we were in Kansas. We spent an entire evening outside just hanging out letting our girl run wild in the country. I think she's a country girl at heart and our dream is to someday live in the boondocks.
Hope helped with the chores every evening we were there and made sure if she spilled cat food she picked up every single little piece and put it in their bowl. Silly girl!
She enjoyed running barefoot on the back patio and squealing to her little hearts content.

Grandpa dug out the little tractor toy and Hope was in love, especially with the horn!
Hope's just a little bit too small to swing on the wood swing but Phillip and I both took turns swinging with her. Someday when she's bigger she'll love swinging on it all by herself!
It was fun getting to visit Grandpa and Grandma so close to her birthday! We've spent her Christmas' with them but birthday are a different story. She had fun opening her present. Curious George and a book, along with a Frog (imagine her sticking her tongue in and out since she won't actually say the word frog) cup, bowl, and plate.
and Curious George had to go on our adventure day with us! More on that soon!
