This week that was already shaping up to be busy turned out to be much more chaotic then we could have planned. We went for the big ultrasound on Tuesday and got a chance to see our active little Nugget. We decided to find out this time mostly because we knew it would be knowing and so Hope could know what she was getting. It's a good thing we wanted to know because our sweet nugget wasn't shy. :) There was no doubt nugget is a Boy! We're super excited for adventures with a little boy and Hope is going to be a great big sister to him!
We got home and made an ornament for him and to reveal the gender to my mom via Skype. Hope has LOVED looking at brother's ornament on the tree. It's helping her realize it's a brother, not a sister. And she's learning his name is not Brighton (our friend Ellie's new little brother). Instead his name is Finn. We changed it up at the last minute from what our boy names has been since Hope and love the name Finn. We're still checking out middle names but luckily we have a few months until we have to have that settled on.
The next day I was in the ER for what they thought was just dehydration but turns out, based on my doctor's guess and my symptoms was kidney stones, hints the chaotic part of the week. :) We've been doing a few advent activities, or at least had some planned, though with a sick mommy not many have been accomplished but I'll blog em so get ready to see them this week. :)
